Delivery
Where we ship, what it costs, how long a made-to-order garment takes, and who pays customs charges on an international order.

1What delivery costs
| Destination | Cost | Charged |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Complimentary | — |
| Everywhere else we ship | £99 | Per order, not per piece |
The delivery charge is shown in your basket and included in your total before your card is authorised. It is never added afterwards.
We ship to most countries. If yours does not appear at checkout, contact us and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
2How long it takes
Almost everything we sell is made to order, so the time depends on the designer and the piece rather than on a fixed shipping table. Your consultant will give you a realistic completion window on your consultation call, before your payment is completed, and will tell you honestly if we cannot meet your event date.
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Consultation call after you order | Within 24 hours |
| Production at the atelier | 6–8 weeks |
| In-house quality check and any alteration | 3–5 working days |
| Delivery within the UK once dispatched | 1–2 working days |
| International delivery once dispatched | 5–10 working days |
Where we have not agreed a specific date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order being confirmed, as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require. If we cannot, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a full refund.
If you are ordering for a wedding or a fixed date, tell us the date when you order. We would rather turn an order away than miss it.
3Tracking your order
Every order gets a private tracking link, sent to you by email when you order. It shows the current stage of your order — consultation, production, quality check, dispatch and delivery — without needing an account. Once the garment ships we add the courier and tracking number to the same page.
4Customs, duties and taxes outside the UK
The £99 delivery charge covers carriage only. It does not include import duty, customs charges, local sales tax or the carrier's handling fee. Those are set by the destination country, are payable by you as the importer, and are usually collected by the carrier before delivery.
We cannot tell you in advance what those charges will be — they vary by country and by the value and classification of the garment. Your local customs authority can. Please check before ordering if this matters to you.
We declare the full value of every shipment accurately, as the law requires. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.
If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to us because charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the garment less our outbound carriage and any return costs we incur.
5When your order arrives
Goods become your responsibility on delivery to the address you gave us. Please check your order on arrival and tell us within a reasonable time if anything is damaged or missing — photographs of the packaging help us with the carrier.
If a delivery does not arrive when expected, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
